Application Load Error 5:0000065434 when launching FNV from NMM

So finally steam updated FNV to allow installing to an alternative steam library. With FNV installed in D:\steamlibrary\... I cannot load the game through FNV?

 

This also happens if I try to load FNV.exe or FNVLauncher.exe directly from steam app directory. Is there any way of fixing this? Only way I can launch is through steam.

So you can only launch the game through Steam you say? I'd be looking for where Steam think your directory is and going from there. You say you just changed the directory for it, did you uninstall it first before reinstalling to a new directory, or did you somehow move it to the new directory?

I get the same error using NMM or NVMM but not when I load using the Steam UI. I installed the game fresh in a new Steam Library on a differect HD and still got the same error.

I have the same problem, and don't want to move my install. Any fixes for this yet? Probably could try symbolic links.

This is really frustrating, the solution is to delete the .exe files and replace them from the ones on the disk, but if you do this the game crashes every time you start it up. :(

It did? I'm going to have to re-install it to my alternate library, then. Thanks for the heads-up on that.
