Anyways, I was thinking about a Goku (Dragonball Z) Companion or hairstyle. Or maybe just like a Bowstaff called "Kid Goku's Bowstaff" or something. That wouldn't be too hard. I also had an idea for a quest. I was walking around the wastes and I found a Wasteland Survival Guide. I thought it would be cool if maybe there was a small quest, maybe even an unmarked quest, where you have to go find Moira to learn about her book better. But she'd be dead when you found her with the Mole Rat Repel Stick beside her or she's wearing an Armored Vault 101 Suit or something special like that. Or simply go find the courier that was delivering them or something. Courier #4 maybe. Also dead. With a few skill books on him. Post more ideas here if you think of any.
