I dunno whats causing it or how to make it go away any help would be appreciated. Also my grass textures keep going to extremely low LOD quality at random and it wont change back dunno whats causing that either.

Well, 1st of all, I doupt that you have the latest Oblivion Patch installed, I guess you meant Fallout 3 patch^^.

If that happend after you added the textures, I'd recommend to remove them and work on them abit more.

My guess on the 1st screenie is that the texture file might be currupt, in a wrong format or saved with wrong settings. What tool did you use to make your textures?

The 2nd screenshot is a mystery to me, it looks like your GPU is messing up with Blurring effects. Try switching of AA, that would be my advice. You could also try to deactivate ASF, worth testing it, but I doubt that that will be the cause.

The grass reminds me to low poly grass, lol^^. You aren't using those kind of mods, are you? I mean low poly grass(not even sure if that exists for FO3 already...)? Check the Fallout3Launcher.exe, there in the options are some settings which might cause that.
