HMW3
UPDATE: So this is the new order in which I am gonna try to execute installing the FOMM, Project Nevada and stuff included to run PN-first things first, install fallout new vegas In my C:\games\ folder-Install NVSE, move to apropriate files in New Vegas folder.-Install FOMM into (?? what is a good place, probably just gonna do my C:\, but unless I should put it elsewhere on reccomendation) I read that it does not matter- Activate Project Nevada (if it is still recognized by FOMM), NOTE: I'm worried that it may be corrupted but FOMM apparently has a file fixer of sorts, So I will look into that when the time comesIn between installing NVSE and installing FOMM i'm gonna run fallout to make sure it still works with NVSE. It should. I'll test it in the console. My main problem comes just after I activate and select Project Nevada files to run. I did not notice there was a patch for it, but i have a feeling it should work without the patch anyway. Either way after i've activated the plug-in whether it's selected or not Fallout NV will crash upon loading a save. That happens even after deactivating the PN mod as well.Something seems to be happening when im activating or installing PN through the package manager. If all else fails I will attempt to follow the painstakingly Gophers Modding Fallout NV 'Ultimate Edition' part 1 & 2 (He does it well though, i'm just computer illiterate.) senterpat
Using fomm, go to tools> save games. Does your save have mods in it? Removing some mods can cause a ctd when loading a save game. This is usually due to the game trying to run a script that's no longer there. Quest mods have this problem. I'm guessing new games work fine?
