Stuck and Totally need help creating a simple anim

Hi modders:

Here is my request, please take a moment to read it.

I use Sephirot's "Get Up Animation Replacer", here http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15336

It greatly shortened the original animation. I was happy at first, however, once I started using the high difficulty mods of, Duke Patrick's Combat and Duke Patrick's Shield Charge mods, I started dying easily.

The reason was because that these mods made combat more realistic by drastically increasing the weapon dmg and NPC combat AI. Now if they shield charge my character (push), and once I was knocked down, they usually one hit kill me. (I play an agile character, and tend to not run away from fights, though I do play fairly well. It is just that difficulties are scaled up by a lot, and I enjoy challenges)

Therefore, I thought I really need the get up animation to be shortened more. Could any of you be kind enough to make a faster version? The original was 2.2 seconds, at 30 Frame Per Second, could you possibly make it a 1 second version.

I even started using Blender (before I come here for help) to alter it myself. And I run into a problem that I cannot solve. I have python 2.5.2, PYFFI and Blender 2.4.8a installed.

I import a skeleton.nif from Oblivion\Data\Meshes\Characters\_Male path, along with the get up animation (.kf file) attached to it. I made some simple adjustments like changing the FPS from 30 to 75. (My intention was to shorten the length of it playing).

Now when I try to export the .kf file from the newly altered skeleton.nif, but all I get was a warning stating:"Non-UV texture in mesh 'cube', material 'material'. Either delete all non-UV textures, or in the shading panel, Materials Button, set texture 'Map Input' to 'UV'"

I've been trying to read up on the blender tutorials for days and still I couldn't do it. Could any of your talented modders out there take a few mins to do this one simple trick for me? I really really appreciate your helps.

Thanks
