Downloading through Vortex fail if mod is above ~20mbps

Extra information: Was able to complete a 200mb download this morning by spamming delete and trying to download again but couldn't repeat this again afterwards, sometimes I would be able to get the downloads to 50-80mbps but they would always fail before they finish and retrying would give an instant fail message and sometimes Vortex says it doesn't have access to deleting the file.

Edit 2: I was able to bypass this by using a vpn to connect to Nevada but I'd still not want to depend on using a vpn in order to use Vortex fully.
