LE Summer and winter in skyrim

Now that Climates of Tamriel has a Winter Edition, and Vurt's Flora Overhaul has a Summer Edition, how difficult would it be to have the seasons change based on what month it is?

For example:

 

Evening Star \
Morning Star ---- Winter (CoT Winter Edition)

Sun's Dawn /

 

First Seed \

Rain's Hand \

Second Seed ----- Spring/Fall (Vanilla Skyrim)

Hearthfire /

Frostfall /

Sun's Dusk /

 

Midyear \

Sun's Height -----Summer (Vurt's Flora Overhaul Summer Edition)

Last Seed /

 

If this could be done, the immersion of Skyrim will be amazing.
