relationship dialogue overhaul - update and MCM 1.02 doesn't load MCM

Never mind, I found my issue.

 

this is a repost from what I put over at the mod page, which doesn't seem to be actively monitored.

RDO's MCM doesn't load. Is this mod dependent on SKSE64 2.0.19? (I use 2.0.17)
(so translated: is anyone else running SKSE64 2.0.17 able to see the MCM?)

ftr I have three RDO mods installed, so maybe the issue is due to that? (I don't think so, but you never know)

1) Relationship Dialogue Overhaul - RDO Final (installed a year ago) - esp load order 51
2) Relationship Dialogue Overhaul - RDO SE - RDO - AFT SE Patch Final (also installed a year ago) - esp load order 81
3) Relationship Dialogue Overhaul - Update and MCM 1.0.1 (installed 1 month ago) - esp load order 82

edit: note I just updated "Relationship Dialogue Overhaul - Update and MCM" to v1.0.2 hoping that it might solve, but no. Still no MCM (its esp is also at load order 82, fwiw)

 

PS> This is not a "hard stop" problem. Game works just fine. logs don't really show much. in fact RDO and its subs seem to load just fine. The RDO MCM simply doesn't appear... although I *have noticed that sometimes, attempting to "speak" with an NPC results in nothing, dialogue menu appears, but the choices don't work and the NPC does not voice at all), then I have to tab back out and re-click them, whereupon dialogue is correctly initiated.

I'll dump my load order if necessary, but the problem might be more obvious (ie the SKSE version or perhaps one of the 3 RDO mods listed above) and the list is not presently accessible.
