I followed Gophervids through and through and did everything he said to do. Besides RH Iron Sights, what other mods do you guys recommend I get? I want to extend this game as much as possible. So help me out!

I'm wary of trying out IronSights myself, as I have heard of too many incompatibility issues. The best way to find out if it works of course, is to try it out.

 

Fallout Mod Manager will help with a quick install/uninstall that won't damage the mods you've already installed (won't delete previously overwritten files when uninstalled.)

 

A suggested mod off the top of my head that you might like is Advanced Recon which is a four part mod. Specifically Advanced Recon Thermal/Night Vision.

 

I am absolutely loving this mod.
