Is this mod list ok to start a fresh game?

I'm still getting some issues with my savegame, such that I find mobs standing still, and nor aminating when moving, just sliding down the ground. But this save was started on an older modlist, one that had ACE plugins, not SkyRE, and even after manually uninstalling each mod using the readme files, one at a time, and waiting 60 days in breezehome, it's not a safe save to start another mod bundle on.

 

My question however is, is it possible I have too many scripts running? I read this is cpu intensive. I only have a 3.3ghz dual core e5200, but it plays super smooth at high settings. However, at first I found Locational Damage not working, I enabled debug mode from mod config ingame, and still nothing appeared. Only after 1-2 quickloads I started getting feedback in the upperleft corner from this mod. I still don;t get broken limbs effects and such, I think it's because SkyRE\s armor values increased.

 

I'm also lvl 33 now, and with 60 one handed skill, I find some monster take a lot of beating before going down, a bit contradictory of how SkyRE combat should be, fast and vicious.

 

I'm going to start a new game tomorrow, and hope everything will go smooth now. Else, probably going to abort this. I love modable games for the freedom they offer, but also hate them for the time and frustration it can bring, find the right mods and getting them to work togheter. I know this from X3 Reunion and Silent Hunter III :P
