M'aiq the Liar

In my first "playthrough" (never finished, since the 1.5.80 updated effectively trashed my game way back in 2019), He was everywhere. I probably saw him 500 or more times over the course of level 1(ish) to level 62, when I had to start over.

 

In the two vectors I now have, neither character (one female, one male) has encountered him more than a dozen times. She's currently level 63, he's still way back in the low 30s.

 

Just curious if others have experienced either inordinate number of encounters or the opposite (very few).

 

I understand this is probably a totally unimportant question, but it passed my mind last night and I figured I'd toss it out there in the wind.

Same here. I've seen him maybe 1 or 2 times in 60 some odd levels. When I did see him he was back in the hills or under along a coast.

that matches with my experience too, at least this time. First time through he showed up all over the place, outside all the major cities, towns, forest and field. everywhere I went he was there (although not in caves or ruins)
