Random freeze after fast travel to cities

Only happened after patch 1.9 and several mod updates and catalyst update 13.1.

If I fast travel to somewhere near the city and enter it through the gate, nothing went wrong.

If I fast travel to the city directly, I may have a small chance (let's say 15%) to get a total blackscreen after finishing loading, no image, no control, just music and some ambient noise. (not ctd / infinate loading)

I tried to start a new save to see if it is caused by bad saves, but still having the same issue.

Another problem is, with skyui 3.4 activited, sometimes my character freeze after fast traveling, the mouse controls worked fine, but keyboard in-game controls failed, could be temporary fixed using console command showracemenu.

I'm also using skse / fnis3.5 / cbbe3.2 / project enb (v0.119) / xp32's skeleton / skyrim community uncapper / ruins clutter improved / some textures....and I was using RCRN AE beta v111, but deleted it before installing COT3.1, cleaned everything with tes5edit as boss suggested. and I've already turned off autosave.

 

 

 

 

the logs looks fine, just some "criiterfish.psc" errors sometimes.

I only find this funny... as I'm running through forum posts trying to help people... Feel free to look at some more forum posts, and see the ends of them, where users are thanking others for the help, not just cherry pick one from 3 months ago, that has no replies...
