blasphemous Request: Modifying the CRT Filters to Remove Borders

Is it possible to modify the CRT filters added in the Strife and Ruin update of Blasphemous to remove the border effects that give the image the look of being on a curved CRT television set? Since that effect distorts the image quite heavily, but I would like to have the changes to the color palette and scanlines, I would really love to see that able to be changed with a mod. Perhaps hex editing could change it? I'd really appreciate anyone helping me out with this, and I will be happy to compensate them for their time.
