LE follower town

hi guys,

i'm fairly new to skyrim, been playing a couple months, i have a few followers ( about 15 total ) that i switch between,

but one thing i am missing is an ample place to keep them,

what i would like is a small town / village with houses for followers, i have tried a couple mods with large barracks but the lag can be horrible lol,

i was thinking something along the lines of a place like Dawnstar, or a walled town/village full of small homes ( 1 or 2 followers per house ) maybe in its own world space

if any1 wants to make one, that would be awesome :)
