I believe you are looking for a mod called Dovahkin's Hideout. You can find it on the Nexus in the mods section under Player Homes. There may be others similar to this one, but I have never seen them. I found it, it was called Alidon's Ultimate Armory I found it via the mod menu in skyrim.
