Skyrim freeze at random

Hi guys, i have a problem with the game, and it is freezing, not crash but freeze for about 1,2 minutes, sometimes for a few seconds at random. I have installed lots of mods but i don't bugs, nor crashes, i am not new to modding, i have modded this game since it's release on the market. I am turning to the community because i don't know what's the problem, before i reinstalled the game i had lot's more mods and i didn't have this problem. Here is my load order

Can't really offer help only that I have had a similar problem as of late, however in my case when the game freezes it stays that way and I have to open the task manager to get out. After reload it runs fine again. Happens only occasionally and have no idea either what causes it but I have a feeling it has to do something with the latest version of Skyrim.

You are running quite a few intense scripted mods, have you run your load order through Boss and TES5edit? If not I would recommend that as a first step.

Yes, i runt it, after downloading a few mods, but sometimes it messes them, for instance Arrow tweaks doesn't work after using BOSS.

Replace your load order with a BOSS log (with the messages), include the list of plugins not recognized by BOSS if one is generated, enclose them in spoiler tags so they don't clutter the screen.

I used BOSS, but it hasn't changed much anything, the game is slightly better but it still freezes, how do i enclose the unrecognized plugins with spoiler tags ?
