ripple
For god sakes, use spoiler tags.... 1) cleaning: download TES5Edit from that link in the BOSS log, and clean the plugins flagged by the BOSS log as containing 'dirty edits.' You'll need to remove identical to master entries as well as undelete/disable deleted references. 2) maintenance: go through the entire BOSS log and look for error messages, such as... MageFriendlyDragonPriestMasks.esp ActiveWarning: Original file was released before the CK (07 Feb. 2012) a compatibility patch fixed and cleaned with TES5Edit can be obtained here. (Compatibility Patch)In this case, the plugin contains 'dirty edits' as well as error records (because it was made using a pre-CK tool). You'll need to download the updated 'fix patch' and install that. Attend to all the error messages that you find, ignore the Bash Tag suggestions. 3) read the readme's.... 1nivWICCloaks.esp ActiveBash Tag suggestion(s): {{BASH: Relev}}Incompatible with: Cloaks of skyrim, get the compatibility patch in the WIC optional files.1nivWICCloaksCRAFT.esp ActiveWarning: Use only one WICCloaks esp.1nivWICCloaksNoGuards.esp ActiveWarning: Use only one WICCloaks esp.Incompatible with: Cloaks of skyrim (even with compatibility patch). To fix this use another WICCloaks esp or uninstall cloaks of skyrim. The mod description states that you should not use all the optional plugins. If you don't want guards to wear cloaks, then use the 'no guards' plugin. If you don't want any NPCs to spawn with cloaks, then use the 'craft only' version. Otherwise remove those optional plugins and just use the default WiC plugin. In addition, since you are also using CoS, you will need to download and install the compatibility patch for CoS + WiC. Triple check the readme and descriptions of your mods to make sure you have observed all the guidelines and instructions for proper usage.
