Creating adoptable children in the CK?

Hi all.

 

First of all, I wanted to create adoptable high elf children (based on the Drow Race mod) in the CK. They turned out pretty fine until I realized you can't talk to them ingame. They have the Riften/Adoptable factions too. But do I need to edit their dialogue somehow, and how? A swift reply would be appreciated, and I would like to share this mod with the community when it's done.

 

Edit: I now realize I couldn't talk to them because I already had adopted two children. Now fixed via this mod; http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29249
