CUO + OOO - Could Someone Please Clarify This... ?

Are there any compatibility patches for CUO (Cyrodiil Upgrade Overhaul) and OOO? - Yes, I have downloaded both mods, read the readme files, checked with BOSS, and checked the forums ...but all I have been able to find is a slanging match between the creators of the two mods over some minor conflict.

Unfortunately giskard has got pissed over been got at and is no longer around, obscuro seems to have omitted any mention of CUO from their readme files, and giskard omitted to make any mention of conflicts, potential or otherwise, whatsoever.

...so what's the score? - I would like to be able to use both, or parts of, and I would like for both to be integrated into a FCOM setup ...but I would like to try and avoid screwing up my game with a load of files that are going to result in CTDs and critical file conflicts.

10 minutes later and I have managed to answer my own question on this: http://www.theengineeringguild.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/867-do-you-use-any-other-overhauls-with-cuo/

Basically, in case the above link just happens to die, or disappear, the answer is that, yes, CUO does work with OOO and is built around the core functionality of the original game, with the intention of serving a purpose similar to that FCOM. FCOM is built for use with OOO, though, so whilst using CUO with OOO is possible, it involves loosing a lot of functionality to do so, hence the reason why the resource pack now comes with no additional plugins (it would be pointless using them for most people, certainly FCOM users, and they would only lead to conflicts with other mods).

Also, to save forum users getting pissed over me having the audacity to make more than one post in x space of time  I may as well ask about QTP3 (Qarl's Texture Pack 3) in addition to the above...

In the textures folder there is subfolder named Qarl with two files:

Qchorroldoor01.dds
Qchorroldoor01_n.dds

..."So what?" you might say ...only there is no plugin ('cause one is not needed for packs like this, usually) ...but that means that the default game will not reference these files ...so what are they there for, or intended for use with? ...and, no, their use, or purpose, does not seem to be detailed in the readme, either.

Don't really know Quarl's, but does it contain a few NIFs as well by chance?

Textures are only rarely, for a few select things, referenced from inside a 'plugin'. Most of the time it's NIF files referencing them rather.

Or does Quarl's readme mention those files, their purpose, and what to do with them by chance?

Good point about the meshes, - I should have covered that in my original question but, no, there are no corresponding meshes, - just those two textures ...also, the naming of the textures makes me suspect that they are replacer textures for textures (possibly from an earlier Qarl pack) that may not display correctly; although I have checked through all the .bsa files and texture files for the game and cannot find any Chorrol door textures (Chorrol wooden door, yes, but not Chorrol door) which could be replacement candidates for the above files.

The readme does mention a couple of textures that a user may have issues with, but they are different textures to those detailed above; otherwise, there is no mention in the readme of issues with any Chorrol texture files.
