I'm a decent skinner and a good sound designer -Plasma Caster is possible, all you need to do is have it molded on an existing or modeled Armor and have the Plasma animation to shoot from off the screen near your shoulder. We already have the Plasma from the "Alien Blaster". -Your confusing the Arm blade and the Wrist blade, the Arm blade is a completely different weapon. It doesn't extend from the Yautjas wrist. Its a blade mounted ontop of his gauntlet/Sat-com -Shuriken would be much cooler than the Smart Disc -Tri Laser sight could be possible if you take the laser beam from the Laser rifle and just have it as a static infront of you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

azron Posted January 21, 2009 Share Posted January 21, 2009 another nice thing would be severing heads to keep as trophys, there are times when I cut someone's head off, especially if it's a named character I hated, and how much i'd love to take it as an item, go to my home, put it up on the shelf, I think with a predator mod, you'll definetly need something for that. fingers and ears are fine for random people (like how a pred just skins most of it's victims, only taking the heads of worthy prey) but for named characters, you gotta take their heads. Now, im glad to see some poeple are interest in this topic :) . You are right about the shuriken instead of a smart disc (much more agressive). About azron's idea:Maybe you can make different types of skulls, like one for each race in the game, or at least add a skull for the humanoids race (humans, mutants, etc). But just after doing a headshot to the victim or just after killing it. Maybe you could add a 100% probality that if you do a headshot, the victim will drop the skull in its inventory. I'm a graphic designer so skinning wont be that hard. I used to be a sound designer for Battlefield 1942,Vietnam and battlefield 2 modifications..
