d181sp1
Download a program called Speccy. It's made by the same people that made CCleaner and it'll monitor your system temps on your cpu/ram/gpu/hard drives/mobo. As soon as you crash make note of your temps. Are the numbers reading orange or red? This would suggest a possible thermal issue. Report back.
Rougebanana
http://gyazo.com/dc9f12cf1e42fefde0292f6f62bfeffc That is what it said when it crashed :/ Edited April 22, 2013 by Rougebanana
d181sp1
It's absolutely not a thermal issue then. What video card does that Oblivion screen say, the one that pops up after you do a driver update or something similar. Where you can tick the boxes for the various default detail level settings High, Ultra, etc. Is it reporting that it's using the Radeon card? d181sp1
Okay, that's the problem then. It's not detecting your Radeon for some reason. We need someone to chime in and tell you how to force your Radeon to be your gpu of choice. On Nvidia you go to the control panel by right clicking on the desktop and simply set it to be used all the time. There has to be something of a similar process for your Radeon. Either someone is going to have to spell it out here or you'll have to get on Google or something and read how to. It won't be hard to do though. This is 110% your problem, we've solved the why. The fix will be very easy, just a few clicks of the mouse and you'll be good to go. I just don't know the clicks to tell you unfortunately. d181sp1
Heh, outstanding. Get it set up proper and report back so I know it's settled. Plus, it'll help someone else out down the road when they have the same problem you did. Later
