code45 Posted January 21, 2009 Share Posted January 21, 2009 i just thought that in the deranged world fallout 3 proposes there ought to be something of the "ultra-violence and the like" - however although i would want to do something like this myself, i have absolutely no modding experience! i figure masks wouldnt be that difficult, however getting the whole costume right would probably take some time.. i just imagine having followers dressed in a similiar style roaming the wasteland would be pretty appropriate for evil characters especially! thoughts?
