Is there any mods that break the 1 enchant on armor rule?

I feel the designers of Oblivion should of gave you 3 slots for each piece of armor at the enchant alter. I mean 1 is simply lame and does not add a lot of flavor to a character. I understand they wanted you to find relics and things, but if I wanted to spend 15k to enchant my own stuff let me.

 

 

Is there any mods that increase how many times you can enchant armor?

there is no mod that changes that amount of enchantment of objects

but you have some mods like supreme magika or mighty magic that change the magic system and lets you to make more powerfull spells
