So, when trying to import a heightmap into the CK, it says that the heightmap should be a 32 bit floating point single channel dds file. But how do I get a existing heightmap into that specific "format" ? I already searched around a bit online and couldn't really find anything usefull ... Please help, if you know how to do this ... !

If I select "no compression", I get 32 bit with colours.But not floating point 32 bit single channel (that means only black & white & everything in between) . How do I achieve that?What settings do I need to change? I use the IntelTextureworks dds plugin for the 2019 version of PS.
pepperman35 Posted March 4, 2021 Posted March 4, 2021 Neeher using Photoshop and the NVIDIA plug-in in his example here. I guess you would just open the file you have in Photoshop and export it out using the setting he used. Creation Kit | Height Map Import
