onimale2 Posted April 19, 2013 Share Posted April 19, 2013 I don't know about the pc version of skyrim but in the ps3 version this is a bug that happens in every hold, For example kill somebody in...say...solitude, "1000 bounty added to Whiterun" I get that bug all the time in the ps3 version.
