Status effect: Paranoia ; how to cure it?

I recently got into the game G.R.I.M. And while exploring the world I got a quest called:

Delirium Tremens

"Find a cure to your insanity"

Paranoia is a status effect that starts off creepy but just becomes annoying with each passing second. You could clear a room of feral ghouls only to hear more feral ghouls and realize it's the Paranoia Status Effect. And so far; I haven't found a cure for it.
