Skyrim crashes after 1 minute

Hoping you can help me with this. My system is as follows:

 

Gateway DX4860

Intel Core i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30Ghz

Installed RAM 12.0GB

64-bit operating system running Windows 10 (upgrade from Windows 7) No pen or touch

NVidia GT-610 graphics card

 

I am using Vortex Ver. 1.3.22

 

Running Skyrim LE since 2017 without serious issues until now. Game will load and run approx. one minute then crashes. It doesn't matter where in the game the player is. You will notice quite a few followers/companions in the load order. I never use more than four at a time, and normally they are stashed at various houses I own. I do have one companion always with me though, but she isn't the problem. The following is my load order. I have color coded all the followers (orange) and DLC sized mods (blue) to make the easier to see.

As you can see, the rest of the files are all mostly armors and behavioral/control files. I cannot determine where the crashes originate. The load order you see is what is returned from LOOT within Vortex. If there is something off here, I'm not seeing it. Vortex reports absolutely NO file conflicts. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 

NOTE: There is nothing in any of the logs indicating a crash condition as far as I can see.

Have you tried using Crash Fixes? If nothing else it will at least create a log that may help troubleshoot where issues are. Papyrus logs are of no help to try to troubleshoot crashes.

 

I notice you're using HDT and a few HDT related mods. There should also be an HDTPhysicsExtension.log in your SKSE/plugins folder that may or may not be of any help.

 

I would suggest, for testing purposes, creating a new character to see if the behaviour continues (get an alternate start mod).

Another way to do a quick test is from the main menu, open the console, type coc qasmoke. This will put the default NPC into a test cell to see if you still crash.

Yes, I have crash fixes enabled, but it does nothing. HDTPhysicsExtension says nothing in the logs. Game still crashes in Qasmoke. I tried starting a new game, created a new character, and the game crashed after taking two steps. I suspect it's a mod, but I sure can't figure it out. I don't think the followers/NPCs would be the problem, but perhaps I should disable all of them and see what happens.

I beleive I have found the problem. It would appear that somehow my Hearthfires DLC is corrupted. Every time I enter a house I own, the game crashes in less than 30 seconds. It seems Breezehome in Whiterun is the culprit. Whenever I attempt to enter, the screen goes black and locks up, and I have to reboot. I tried to use Creation Kit to see if I could fix the load door, but I get an error message when the files are loading and CK shuts down. I've tried re-installing the game, but only Skyrim is installed, not the DLC, so the problem persists. Steam can't help me (what's new), so I guess I'm done.
