Tattoos As Customization

I've been seeing tons of mods that add tattoos but none that make it so that you can choose to add them and not have them as the characters skin. Frankly, its annoying. If I want a tattoo, I only want it for that character, not every character that has the same skin. I would like to see them as items that can be bought instead of as skins so I can customize my character without customizing every single character.
