Dark Brotherhood bug, Mourning Never Comes

I've just started the Dark Brotherhood quests and encountered a problem. After doing the first three contracts, I returned to the sanctuary to see the scene where Cicero arrives. Astrid comes over and gives the dialogue for Morning Never Comes, but the quest won't appear in my journal and Muiri won't talk about the quest when I visit her. I've tried reloading older saves, but the bug still appears when I get to this point. I've tried using setstage, but none of the stages advanced it at all. I've tried resetquest, but it also had no effect. Using completequest gave me the quest completed dialogue, but left the sanctuary trapped in the scene with Astrid trying to give me the quest and Nazir telling me to talk to Astrid. So I can't turn in my completed contracts and I can't advance the quest line. I know I don't have to do the Dark Brotherhood quests, but I really want to. And I'm 80 hours in to this game, so I don't want to start over. Does anyone know of a way I can either get the quest to show up in my journal or just force the game past this quest so I can try continuing the rest of the Dark Brotherhood quest line?

DId you ever find a way to get past this? I have been searching for four days to find a solution as I am having the EXACT same problem. I tried all sorts of commands and finally ended up setting DB04 (the next quest) to start out of frustration. It worked, but Astrid and Nazir are still completely stuck in their pre-Muiri dialogue. I even tried resetting Astrid and Muiri, and commanding myself through the DB questline further. Nothing seems to unstick them. Any help?
