What I was trying to achieve was combining two outfits from The Courier's Cache (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/49531/?tab=description), just taking the duster from the HeavyDusterBodyM.nif outfit and putting it over the Courier'sFatigues.nif outfit instead of its jacket.
