This mage is going to use heavy armor robes from the tribunal robes pack and looking over the perks in skyre a few caught my eye. One of them being Medium. It Increases damage of spells as long as you are holding a staff (it states one that cast spells). Now in the suggested mods part he suggest Staves of Skyrim which adds staff shields to the game and block perks with staves. I was wondering if those staves count toward medium?
