1.1035 won't work for my PC?

First, I have genuine fallout 3

 

I downloaded installed and played 1.0035 without problem

 

A week and half ago, I downloaded 1.1035, At 80 something %

the installation freezes and computer tries to play fallout 3.

 

I didn't have my F3 dvd in, so froze in black screen then I had to reboot the computer.

 

Then, I reinstall the patch with the DVD in this time,

Again, at around 80% fallout 3 iis launched.

It follows the normal sequence but!

Whether how many times I try to use the menu, my

mouse and keyboard inputs don't work.

 

Even alt tab won't work, the only way I could shut the game down

is either to turn off the computer or ctrl alt del and blind fish

for fallout 3 then end program.

 

I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem.

I tried disabling all mods, dleting the fallou3.ini

 

yet nothing works.

Need help

I'm about to reinstall fallout 3 and dont install the patch.

 

Anyone wanna help me?

Its been at least 2 weeks since I got to walk in post nuclear warfare ground

yeah, don't bother with the latest patch. Just reinstall and get the older patch first then find the fix to your current error and then install the patch once you know how to fix it
