Random CTD

Once again, I am having random CTDs, but there is one particular instance that has me worried. When I am near ivarstead, I go past the bridge that leads to high hrothgar and encounter a troll and a dragon. And as I am fighting the dragon, the game Crashes to desktop. I've cleaned all of my mods and addressed all warnings that I received from boss(the warning about Jswords has been addressed as well, ive installed the patch, but for some reason boss will not recognize it) and I have even modified my load order. i'll include a pypurus log and a boss log of my load order. Any ideas or suggestions?
