Can't level up?

I'm not sure which mods could be causing the conflict because I have so many. So I'm hoping to figure out if there's any particular mod t hat could be causing the problem.

These are all my recent downloads:

Campfire
Frostfall +F: Seasons
Hunterborn
SkyUI
A Matter of Time
Time Passes
Wintermyst
Great Cities of Skyrim + Solitude
Spell Research
No Spells from Vendors or Loot
Wintersun
Sunhelm
End Times

I have never had this problem before....
I also have Apocalypse and Ordinator Perks.
