constant CTD after installing some mods

All the mods were working absolutely fine until I try to quick travel then the game crashes, then if I try to load any save, the game doesn't load and crashes again.

If it helps I'm using "Fallout New Vegas Ultimate HD TeaMCrossFirE" with Custom post proccess injector based on ENB+SweetFX and Modified engine with 2gb ram memory limit removed.
