Blue Areas in House

So I'm working on my second custom house mod. I got a lot of it set up, went inside, and found this when I look at certain angles. This happens in various places throughout the house, approaching a blue area will expose what is supposed to be there, then will make the rest of the house blue until I move back. The architecture is a direct copy of the inn at Markarth, which does not have blue stuff. Could anyone tell me what could be causing this? Everything looks fine in the CK. I also used the big Dwemer "sun" light which is not showing up at all, as well as some missing trees (only some, not all).

The roombounds are copied from the original. You'll need to remove them.

 

  1. On the main toolbar, click: View > Show/Hide Window
  2. Check "Portals and Rooms". NOTE: "Markers" must be checked as well

And you'll see them (the big blue boxes). Also remove any portals.
