Street lamps always on

Hello,

I have weird problem. If you come to city at night or wait for night street lamps and barrels will activate. But if you wait for morning or come to city during day - lights still on and never will turn off again.

My only mods are mission mojave(plus version too) and project nevada.

Any way to fix this?
