OhmesRaht
I recently hit the apparent max for virtual memory (4 gigs ram) in my game (restarting with a fresh install )- & had a very particular question about the Skyrim's virtual memory behavior in terms of mods. I know running HD textures can cause it to fill up it's virtual memory like none other- & was wondering if relatively small mods (armor) count towards that total as well. I.e, could I eventually bog my system down to 5 fps by maxing out out it's memory again by using strictly armor mods, which (presumably) unlike a texture pack (always visible & affecting memory) would be using memory only when it's equipped or interacting in the world some way. Obviously I have no desire to do this- it's more of a hypothetical apeal to "Just how cautious should I be about armor downloads", & if so- do super minor esp game tweaks (increasing the defense of Nordic Armor & very simple things like that by esp) have any bearing on memory. I would assume any negative effect would be almost invisible (given their simple function)- but if this is not necessarily the case- I would appreciate being corrected.
