LE An idea for a combat mod

After playing hours of Dark Douls, Dark Messiah and Mount and Blade I still havent been able to finish Skyrim and this is due to one thing: Its combat is boring. If I play as a warrior, I have no choice but to tank up and use a heavy weapon then spam click until my enemies are dead. If I play as a stealth character, though it is the most varied and fun class, enemies will not notice I am there if I am crouching and the stealth finishers never seem to happen and it is not an assured kill, what's more, backstabs can only be done while crouching, which means that they can't be done in mid combat. If I play as a mage all I have to do is equip fire at long range, ice at close range and lightning against mages and then hold click. So I would like a combat mod that makes at least one element of this game worth playing, so here is an idea for one.

 

1. add a proper dodge roll system. I don't like those side step mods, let me dodge roll, and silent roll sucks.

2. make backstab finishers assured whenever I am behind an enemy, standing, sneaking or even in combat.

3. make shield bashes harder to do, but when succesfull they cause finishers.

4. make blocks absorb all damage and convert it to stamina damage, if I run out of stamina while blocking, stun lock me, or assure an enemy to do a finisher on me.

5. make stamina regenerate faster.

6. balance all the weapons, deadric is heavy and slow but deals more damage, elven is fast and light but deals tiny damage.

7. make everything deal much more damage, people should fall over an a few hits.

8. add more variation, enemies should all be balanced in that some can take a tonne of damage, but are weak to certain elements.

9. add a kick.

10. make it so that if I hold e te pick up an object I can fling it at an enemy to deal damage and stun lock them

11. make power attacks be like they are in dark messiah and mount and blade.

12. make all attacks and weapons consume stamina, thus making there be more punishments and rewards to using certain kinds of weapons.

13. make it feel like I am hitting something, not like I am tickling someone with a sheet of cardboard.

 

that is all I can say. Deadly combat does some of these things, but I want more. So that I can complete skyrim at last.
