Chain Lightning Enchantment

I've seen Chain lighting arrows, which are kinda cool, but would it be possible to make a chain lightning enchantment for weapons, i.e. causing a chain lightning effect when an enemy is hit with a weapon with the enchantment? The effect for bows would be the same as the CL arrows you get in some mods. I would like to swing a great sword and hit all enemies in the vicinity with cast off.

Hmm, where would I find these "Chain Lightning Arrows"? Haven't seen them before.

Of course I wouldn't be able to find the mod I was thinking of now. /facepalm

it was probably removed, or had a weird name. anywho

Here is a mod that has Chain Lignting ball arrows, which I think from the description makes nearby enemies explode with a shock explosion, Close enough I think for a starting point maybe? http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9280

You could always check out Deadly Dragons Armory. One of the weapons in it, Skyfury, has a chance to cast Chain Lightning on-strike.

I'll check it out.
