Mod suggestion: Play night time! Yar!

Is there a way to play night time? Control the clock or something. Like with the GTAV script hook. :D

 

I know there's a cheat to play night time but it'll turn off the save game feature, which makes it basically unusable.

 

Or maybe a way to turn on game save even though there's cheats activated?

 

I'd be willing to pay for it!
