Turkey eggs don't hatch

Hi

 

I had Robin build a new barn and I put the turkey incubators in the new and empty barn, after 91/2 days, when I go in the barn, a message indicate that a new animal has hatched but nothing and the eggs are still in the incubator. Any idea what is wrong?
