jonasz666
Same as @alminltu, only files accessed at that time are big texture files, what is different in my case is that I/O is always at 2MB/s where @alminltu had 0 MB/s.CPU usage at that time is 0%I have checked disk health with CrystalDiskInfo but don't see any issues. Also tried with diskspd.exe with help from this article http://woshub.com/how-to-measure-disk-iops-using-powershell/#h2_3but not sure what to do with the results:MiB/s: 95.95I/O per s: 1535.24AvgLat: 166.748LatStdDev: 430.
jonasz666
I was able to get rid off the issue completely after moving Fallout 4 to another SSD, I've played for 2 hours now and didn't have a single freeze. If anyone is curious the problematic SSD was Crucial BX500 960GB
