Cant brawl, end up killing the opponent

Hello everyone. I play unarmed Khajit and I cant figure out what causes the brawl opponents to die instead of going into kneeling animation. I have Modern Brawl Bug Fix and i also tried SPERG options regarding unarmed. My modlist below. Oldrim, fresh install, Win10, latest SKSE
