How to make these Screenshots? + Where to get those helmets?

Hi,

 

I found the the following screenshots on Facebook. How is that possible? I'm an learned IT-technician but never coded that much and I'm trying to figure out how to be able to do those amazing screenshots with the Mantis Blades out. Must be some kind of layered free moving cam. Furthermore is there an existing mod for those nice spacesuit-helmets?
