Although I'm sure its my fault and not vortex. Anyway, the title says it all. I have approximately 90 mods installed, I have the right version of skse64, I have checked all their dependencies, I have all the required versions of FNIS (behaviour, creatures, spells), the FNIS report came out fine, I have run LOOT and it said everything was fine and nothing had to be changed. I really don't know what to do, I probably overlooked something. Either way, I need help, if you need anything else from me just ask.
