Body Texture help (nipples!) NSFW (nude mod)

I havn't played Skyrim for a few weeks until recently and the moment I started playing again I noticed my character's nipples are misplaced:

Now I havn't installed any new mods at all since the last time I played (nipples were fine before.)

I'm using UNP with mature skin texture with the Ashen race. I've already tried reinstalling both.

 

Any help?

Your problem is caused by using a body texture intended for another custom body type. Since you didn't indicate which custom body mod or which body texture replacer you are using, there isn't much else to go on.

Yes that is what it's caused from. Find out what body you use and then install the right textures.
