Forechosen Posted March 14, 2021 Posted March 14, 2021 (edited) Hey everybody,The question is pretty much in the title - but I'm wondering if there is a mod to completely remove any and all appearance changes that happen when you become a vampire? For example, I'd like to create a normal Breton character - have them become a vampire - and have them look identical to how they looked when I created them. No sunken face, no skin tone change, no different or glowing eyes - just exactly the same as before.I'm a little gobsmacked I couldn't find a mod which does this. I feel I must be missing something. From what I understand, there are two mods 'Cosmetic Vampire Overhaul' and 'Vampire Facial Reclamation' - which do a sort of similar thing to what I'm asking. But frankly the mod descriptions are a little confusing, and I don't believe either of those mods removes all changes. If such a mod doesn't exist, would someone perhaps point in the direction of what I'd have to do to do this for myself? I used the Creation Kit a few years back, I'm sure I could pick it up again. Thanks so much for reading.EDIT: Alright, after quite some faffing around - I've managed to get my character looking identical to how she did before vampirism. Here's how I did it, in case anybody is interested:1). Installed Vampire Face Reclamation. That fixed the sunken features, but left me with the vampire eyes.2). I found my favourite eye texture, copied it (twice) and renamed the copies eyevampire_01 and eyevampire_02 - I then put these copies in textures\actors\character. This fixed the eye color, but the eyes still glowed. ( I have no idea if you need both eyevampire_01 and 02, but I did them both just to be safe.) 3). I downloaded Bethesda Archive Extractor from the nexus, and using that, extracted Skyrim - Meshes0 from the data folder. I didn't actually extract the whole thing, only 'eyesfemale.nif'. 4). Made a copy of eyesfemale.nif, renamed it to eyesfemalevampire and put it in meshes\actors\character assets5). Done! My character now looks identical. However, I'm (99%) sure I've changed the eyes of all vampires in the game. I have no clue how to make it only effect my character, or if it's even possible without creating a custom race. So this method is hardly perfect. Edited March 15, 2021 by Forechosen
