He would make it so I could play as Fallout: New Vegas NPCs in Fallout 3.He would copy the face data from the FNV NPC and paste it to a preset of the same race in Fallout 3.Then I'd be able to play as them.I'd like to know how to do this but I have no clue.If anyone could please give me step by step instructions, I'd greatly appreciate it.If I'm in the wrong forum, please let me know which one to post this topic in.Thank you and have a nice day.
