Need To Revert To An Older Version Of My Mod

I accidentally loaded a mod I've been working on with additional .esp's that I did not want,

I know that there are backups in the Fallout: New Vegas Data Folder but how do I revert the mod to one of them.

 

Any Help would be very much appreciated, thanks.
